This LR configuration weighs 100 kg less empty at 2,080 kg tare and provides 30 kg more payload at 28,400 kg. It adds four integrated lashing rails—two on each long wall—for cargo restraint, whereas the standard 20DV-22G1-S01 does not list this feature. These rails provide more tie-down positions for furniture, equipment, and mixed loads during removals and logistics work.

Design approval is complete under type approval, and CSC plates are supplied. The examination scheme is not yet assigned. The standard variant is RAL 9010 Pure white with a polyurethane coating. Small quantities can be repainted in a requested color. For intensive repeated traffic, abrasive loads, or concentrated machinery, the steel-floor sibling specification 20DV-22G1-SF-S01 is the stronger starting point.
